Стандарты АСТМ
АСТМ – одна из крупнейших организаций, занимающихся разработкой технических стандартов на материалы, продукцию, системы и услуги. Организация создана около 100 лет назад и первоначально называлась American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). В настоящее время полное название организации - ASTM International, что говорит о том, что АСТМ превратилась в крупную международную организацию, членами которой являются промышленные компании из разных стран.

Новые инициативы АСТМ
В настоящее время комитетом Е20 АСТМ разрабатывается новый стандарт АСТМ «Новое руководство по поверке термопар» (New Guide for Thermocouple Verification).
Стандарт будет распространяться на тестирование термопар в рабочих условиях на объекте и в лабораторных условиях. Предполагаемый номер стандарта Е 2846-2011
